   In the last issue of my sophomore year, I became one of the four editors on the News and Launch editing team. Two of us would edit and design the news section on one issue, and the other two would edit and design the launch section. We traded sections every issue until Volume 18 Issue 4 — the last issue before new editor selections. From Volume 18 Issue 5 forward, I became one of the two managing editors of my staff.
